The PinWall app is a Free app. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. As such, all users are playing and using this service at their own risk. I am but one developer, and cannot always respond to requests for assistance with this service. Thank you for understanding.

The information that I request will be retained on your device, Firebase, and sometimes Google’s servers.

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have limited access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Security
This service I provide requires little to no information from you to operate. Only when you provide your information will this service obtain it.
The most important data my service deals with is payment information for In App Purchases. I manage all purchases through Google Play, and your payment information is NEVER sent to me or my sister services. We will never obtain this information under any situation, and while it may appear as though we receive it, we do not. We only receive payment from Google.
I value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use Firebase login services to manage our users and their accounts. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
However, it is very important to note that non of the information gathered by my app, or any services within, would be considered dangerous if somehow leaked into the public. This data is harmless, and even if it fell into the wrong hands, is would be little to no risk to your security. This is only true if any password or username you use with our services is unique to our services.
Children’s Privacy
These Services have no way to detect the age of a user. All use is treated the same, young or old, and my services will collect the same little data for one device as it would any other. For this reason, if you are a parent or guardian whose child is using my services, please note that the app will attempt to collect same data, and I in no way have any information regarding their age. While this service is made for everyone to enjoy, the flashing lights and movements may be too much for younger players, or players with health issues. I am in no way responsible for any physical or mental injury that may occur.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. Extreme changes that warrant notification may be sent out over email as well.
Monetary transactions
I provide this service to users at no cost. This is a free game that I created for the enjoyment of others. However, to be able to support making games like this, I have added features to the app that make me money.
The adds. These adds are vended to me through admob (see link to admob above), and while I have added filters to ensure all adds are rated for children, I have no direct control over what adds are shown. Use this Service at your own risk.
I also may provide extra game services for small real world fees, such as extra coins, or new obstacles that cost real world money. Please note that you are buying these products at your own risk, and I have no obligation to provide refunds. I am but one developer and cannot always manage these requests anyway. Cloud Save Services
I provide a cloud save service (powered by firebase, see firebase link above) that can be accessed in the settings page of the PinWall app. Using this service will allow you to save your current game data to the cloud, and retain it across devices. However, the account email and password you use for this service are not easily recoverable. I have no obligation to refund users who lose progress or products because they lost their password or user email. Note that users who keep track of their password and user email properly, should never lose any data. Thank you for understanding
